Botanical Dyes

Through the dye process of eco-printing I am able to capture detailed prints of leaves and flowers. All the pigments are directly transferred from botanicals that I grow or forage. This process serves as a Memento Mori, capturing a moment in time, and connects me to the land and the long relationship of humans learning from natural resources.
